The primary objectives of our organization are to:

SERVICES

At All Star Home Group Realty, our principal service consists of selling multifamily and residential real estate in a targeted market area. Our services provide our clients with an international network of buyers and sellers through off-market and MLS (Multiple Listing Service) opportunities. Because of our capabilities to network with investors and other brokers, we will sell homes faster than our clients could if they tried to market their home without the assistance of a licensed real estate agent.

AGENT PACKAGES

We offer two different avenues for prospective agents!

New Agents
Office fee $90/mo

  • Commission split 75% to agent 25% to brokerage
  • $40 E&O per sales transaction
  • Once agent has paid $6000 in company dollars they will go to the transaction fee plan
Experienced Agents
Office fee $90/mo

  • Transaction fee $450 per side per transaction
  • $40 E&O per sales transaction
